I’ve always been drawn to the creative process-not just in art, but in the way people grow, change, and find meaning in their lives.
My work is rooted in curiosity, a sense of wonder, and the belief that transformation is always possible.
Whether through individual therapy, workshops, or my artwork, I offer spaces for reflection, discovery, and connection.

Therapy is a space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself. In our work together, I’ll offer deep listening, gentle curiosity, and a compassionate perspective- helping you untangle what feels stuck and move toward greater clarity and ease.
I work best with people who care deeply- about their work, their relationships, and the world around them. That passion can be both meaningful and exhausting, and it’s easy to lose sight of your own well-being in the process. Our work will center on building a more nourishing relationship with yourself, so you can navigate life’s demands with more steadiness, resilience, and self-compassion.
