  • Find Your Daily Dose of Joy

    (90 minute course)

    ~Would you like to create a ritual that invites you to flourish?
    ~Would you like to cultivate more joy and wonder in your day to day?

    Neuroscience has now proven that being aware of beauty, sensory experience, and what brings us pleasure all enhance our well being. Craft a life you love by creating a ritual that supports what matters to you.


    In this workshop we will:

    ● Explore the characteristics of an aesthetic mindset

    ● Dive into what resonates with you and identify ways to nourish creativity and well being

    I know that a calm, clear and curious mind is my best asset for art making and, as it turns out, it is also a beneficial mindset for all of life’s adventures!

  • Completing the Circle of Generosity: Befriending Ourselves

    (3 hour course)

    Are you generous and nurturing to others and yet don’t know how to offer true nourishment to yourself?

    When you see suffering around you, is it your natural response to want to help?

    There’s a fine line between offering kindness and feeling empathic distress but the distinction makes all the difference in our wellbeing and in our ability to continue to offer care to others.

    NOTE:

    You will earn 3 Ethics CEs!
