Creating a steady space to navigate change

FAQs about my individual therapy practice.

What is my approach to therapy?

At the heart of my approach is a commitment to deep listening- offering a space where people feel truly seen and heard—without judgment, pressure, or expectation. I believe therapy is an opportunity to align with your truth, to discover where your wholeness lies and to step into the roles that matter most to you with greater clarity and confidence.

What are the key principles of my practice?

  • Creativity-  Creativity isn’t just for artists. It’s about cultivating a mindset that is open, curious, and playful.  My own sense of awe and wonder shapes how I see the world and how I work with clients.

  • Befriending ourselves- A nourishing relationship with yourself is the foundation of well-being and meaningful connections with others. With training as a Mindful Self-Compassion teacher, I offer the evidence-based skills and practices to support this.

  • Mindfulness-  Awareness of where we place our attention is key to our mental health.  I help clients integrate mindfulness tools to focus and train their attention on what matters most to them.

  • Balance and Vitality - Well-being is both steadiness and movement. I support clients in finding a sense of grounded calm while also pursuing what brings them energy and meaning.

Who do I work with?

I work with anyone who is experiencing:  burnout, stress, or overwhelm as well as anxiety, depression, grief and other consequences of living in our modern world.
